Lobsang Tenphen
Lobsang Tenphen, 38, was arrested on 12 February 2003 but has
since disappeared. It is believed that he was arrested on
suspicion of providing information on the cases of Tenzin Deleg
Rinpoche and Lobsang Dhondup to the outside world. The
authorities have refused to reveal any information on his
whereabouts, despite many approaches to the authorities by his
family. They fear that he may have been suffering beatings and tortures.
